The science of psychology helps society and improves our lives. As psychologists, we look at the relationships between the brain and behaviour, as well as the environment and behaviour. We apply our knowledge of scientific principles to illuminate our collective understanding and to facilitate healing and growth.
It’s not easy to navigate through life. The obstacles in our lives may create fear and pain. Sometimes we hurt ourselves. Sometimes we hurt each other.
How do we balance ourselves when we are trying to love others?
How can we adjust to technology while maintaining our connections with others?
How can we improve our relationships or end them without causing trauma?
When we act out of fear, we hurt ourselves and each other. When we act out of love, we’re able to find ourselves, love others and understand our choices. Our philosophy is based on science and a social movement founded on respect, integrity and the belief that we’re better human beings when we’re working together. We invite you to confront your fears, pain, and the confusion with ideas based on our scientific understanding of love, self-care, differentiation and neuroscience. We’re here for you. Are you ready to talk?
Part of traditional psychotherapy, sex therapy helps you talk about sex in a safe, open space about your sexual health individually or with your partner. We can help you improve your sexual health functioning, and strengthen the connection in your relationship. We’re open minded and non-judgemental.
We help you create an open space to share your feelings so we can identify the problem in your relationship and try to address the root cause. We can help you strengthen your marriage, improve your communication and teach you how to support each other lovingly. We help all types of relationships, such as monogamous, polygamous, polyamorous, and more.
We specialize in using a scientifically validated model for helping parents and children in conflict. Whether you’re going through a separation or divorce, we can help you better support your children by giving you the tools to be a better parent. We appreciate that you may be going through a lot of stress, so we're here to support you.
Losing weight is hard. Keeping it off is even harder. This may be due to our behaviours, attitudes and beliefs towards food, ourselves and our body image. We work with you to address the root psychological cause of unhealthy behaviours and overeating. We use scientific models of psychology to help you lose weight and keep it off.
Loving Choices Psychology exists to help ease suffering. We see people in pain and suffering due to poor sexual health, relationship conflict, parenting children through separation and gaining weight. This often leads to stress, depression, anxiety, and many other health problems.
We're inspired to help people overcome their life challenges and live healthier, happier lives. We're inspired by the healing power of psychology to help people overcome these challenges, and truly flourish in life.
