Loving Choices Psychology exists to help ease suffering. We see people in pain and suffering due to poor sexual health, relationship conflict, parenting children and gaining weight. This often leads to depression, anxiety, and many other health problems.
We were founded by Jason Jones, who has been a Registered Psychologist since 2012. He’s one of only three Certified Sex Therapists in Alberta. Jason has clinical experience helping clients dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, stress and trauma. He specializes in helping people with sexual issues, couples counselling, divorce and separation, as well as weight management. Jason uses a client-centred approach, balancing clinical best practices with neuroscience.
